Water-based Curing Agent

Instructions for Use

1. Glue Mixing:

Preparation: Water-based PU adhesive: Water-based curing agent =100g:5g

Stirring: Stir at high speed for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure the water-based curing agent is evenly dispersed in the water-based PU adhesive

2. Forming and bonding process flow

Upper/sole → Genuine leather sanding (or no sanding)/Rubber sanding (or no sanding)→ Surface treatment/Surface treatment (50-60℃, 2 minutes) Water-based PU/Water-based PU→ 60-70℃, 4-6 minutes) Bonding → pressurization

Precautions

1. It is used in combination with water-based PU adhesive

2. Accurately identify the material of the adherend and select the corresponding surface treatment agent based on the material

3. The typical dosage of water-based curing agent is 4-5% of the adhesive volume. Excessive addition of the curing agent may cause a slight decrease in its initial strength.

4. The curing agent is not easy to disperse in water-based PU adhesive, so when mixing the adhesive, it should be stirred thoroughly and evenly at high speed.

5. When applying the glue, strive for even coating. Do not accumulate or underapply the glue.

6. The water-based PU adhesive with curing agent added should be used up within 4 hours, the day before

The remaining glue cannot be put back into the glue mixing bucket or mixed for use
